		<description>Google lead me to your postscript on c u r l _ e x e c.  I had a similar problem with s h e l l _ e x e c just now, and nearly shot myself in the face in confusion upon recieving the "service unavailable" error.  Oddly enough, I was using s h e l l _ e x e c with wget to get around the allow_url_fopen issue on Dreamhost, and posting about it (see my link) :)  Small world, eh?
